Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time depending on design and product availability. You’ll receive an update once your gift box is ready to ship.

Shipping Options

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for a simple, stress-free experience. Delivery time is 5-7 Business Days within Canada.

Delivery Schedule
You can select or mention a preferred delivery date at checkout, and we’ll do our best to ensure your gift arrives on time. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Local Delivery / Pickup
Local delivery or pickup may be available depending on your area. Details will be provided at checkout or upon request.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canadian and the United States. For international or special delivery requests, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll review and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Customized Orders
Because each gift box is made to order and often personalized, customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your gift box arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or solution.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started yet. Once customization or packing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Non-customized items may be exchanged if unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first to confirm eligibility.
